Well, it’s finally come time for us to sell advertising on this website of ours. Not that we’re necessarily out to make money at this, because that’s not really even possible, but given that the current state of the economy has directly effected all three of our staff, selling some ad space better helps us cover our costs. We’d like to personally cover as many sprint car races in Florida as possible, so selling ads helps us ensure that we’ve got enough funding to cover our expenses. And no, we don’t take media passes to get into races, just in case you were curious. Never have, never will.
So instead of being all vague and such, here are the two ad sizes and the pricing options.
That’s the one we consider our “small ad” like the XXX/Flyin’ Ryan ad on our website. This gem will run you the following:
* 6 months = $50
* 12 months = $100
That’s our large ad. As the name implies, it is indeed larger than the small ad. Go figure. This gem will run you:
*6 months = $125
*12 months = $250
We have the right to approve/disapprove any advertiser and also the right to reject any submitted advertising material. But you will see more of that legal mumbo jumbo in your insertion order if you decide to sign up. As far as we know the above is introductory pricing.
We’d prefer you supply the ad graphic yourself, no Flash files, only JPG or animated GIF files please. But if you don’t have your own ad or the means to create one, that’s cool. If you don’t have real high expectations, we can whip something together for you. And if you don’t have a website to point your ad to, we can whip you up a quick page here in the website with some information about your business and how to get in touch with you. That will be a little extra, but not much.
