Our latest podcast is finally here!

Haulin' Collin and Lightning Lou Cabre were our featured guests on our new podcast.
It was recorded almost three weeks ago…we had a big technical failure…your webmaster had to edit together over 600 individual audio files…but it’s done!
So what will you learn in this, our latest podcast?

We keep saying we’ll do shorter podcasts, yet they get longer and longer…but this one is really good!
We holed up at the Cricketer’s Arms in Orlando and had a rousing roundtable discussion consisting of our Editor at Speed “The Hot Foot” Brian Penrose, your webmaster Todd Michaels and our featured guest, dirt sprint car driver OTG Tyler Godwin.

It’s here – the world’s longest Dave Steele interview!

It’s true.
The stars aligned and we, the humble, the few, the somewhat proud staffers of FloridaSprintCarFans.com talked the one and only Dave Steele into sitting down with us for our latest podcast.
We’re fairly confident this is quite possibly the longest Dave Steele interview EVER clocking in at almost two hours. Rest assured we took to heart the rare opportunity given us to interview “The Man of Steele” and wasted no time in asking him about:
- How he got his start in open wheel racing.
- How he ended up leaving Florida and hitting the USAC trail.
- What his favorite USAC win was.
- The night he left the Steve Lewis ride after finding another driver getting strapped into his car.
- His favorite tracks during the USAC years.
- His take on his dirt sprint car outings.
- The time he spent at Panther Racing and what it was like to drive around Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
- Where did it all go wrong in NA$CAR.
- The current state of affairs in Florida.
- And much, much more!
A goodly portion of the two hours was spent on the USAC years because, well, he won damn near everything in sight and we wanted to hear all about that very prolific time of his career.
