Todd Michaels

Webmaster Todd at Ocala Speedway in 2011 with Bad Chad Layton, his favorite PA Posse driver.

A Pennsylvania Posse fan through and through, Todd is the Webmaster, Site Author and Podcast Host of the website on which you cast your loving gaze. Sometimes seen in the pits at TBARA or TGSS races, Todd lives for open wheel racing…and to a lesser degree, Belgian beers. If you suffer from insomnia, Todd can bore you into a deep sleep with endless F1 trivia from the 90s, which he considers to be the golden years of F1 backmarkers.

NAME: Todd Michaels

AGE: 39

HEIGHT: 3.62 Royal Babylonian Cubits.

WEIGHT: 13.9285 Stone.

FAVORITE WoO DRIVER: Joey Saldana.

FAVORITE FLORIDA DRIVER: Pavement – His Holiness Dave Steele. Dirt – our Factory Driver Flyin’ Ryan Partin.

FAVORITE F1 DRIVER: Despite the fact that our Factory Driver has Jenson Button footy pajamas he wears to bed every night, my favorite F1 driver is a real man – Mark Webber.

FAVORITE FLORIDA TRACK: Pavement – Citrus County Speedway. Dirt - Volusia Speedway Park.

FAVORITE FLORIDA SPRINT CAR SERIES: If I look back through the years, I would have to say the TBARA. Though at the moment I’m a very big fan of the Florida Mini Sprint Association.

FIRST SPRINT CAR EXPERIENCE: Somewhere in my house rests a picture of me around the age of two or three, sitting in the cockpit of Scats Anfuso’s Highway Auto Body #3 sprint car piloted by the late John Draucker. My father worked on that car.

HOW I GOT INVOLVED IN SPRINT CAR RACING: It’s my dad’s fault really. In addition to the above, my father’s best friend was 1977 URC champion Charlie Svetec, who was also my seventh grade social studies teacher. I had no choice but to like sprint cars…

WHAT I DO IN MY FREE TIME: Ha. I have two small children and this website to run in my spare time. I used to brew my own beer when I still had free time.
